In order to force users to log in with a Microsoft account, Microsoft has deleted the BypassNRO script in the latest version of Windows 11... Below, we provide the latest method to skip logging in to a Microsoft account and create a local account during the first boot boot of the computer.

  1. In the OOBE login user account interface, press Shift+F10 to open the CMD window;

  2. Enter the command start ms-cxh:localonly and press Enter;

  3. In the Microsoft account management window that opens automatically, create a local user account;)

  1. Enter your username and password and continue to the next step of booting.

Tips: This method is only valid for Windows 11 Home and Professional editions.
