1 Problem description¶

A pop-up window prompts when installing VirtualBox software. The error prompt is: "VirtualBox Installation failed! Error: A serious error occurred during installation."

2 Solution¶

My Computer->Management->Services and Applications->Services, start in services:

(1) Device Install Service.

(2) Device Setup Manager.

Finally, right-click to reopen the VirtualBox software with administrator rights and install it.
