Solution to the error code 0x8024002E when installing .NET Framework 3.5 (including .NET 2.0 and 3.0) on Windows 11 system¶

It’s 4202 years old, and there are still many softwares that rely on the .net framework 3.5 framework, which is frustrating. It is quite convenient to install .net framework 3.5 (including 2.0 and 3.0) on systems below win10. It is not a big problem to go to the control panel and check the relevant options to install online or install through offline packages. However, on Windows 11 systems, an error of 0x8024002E will be reported directly, as shown in Figure 1 below:
