I reinstalled Office 2016 and the software was activated normally. However, when I opened the Word program for the first time, the "First Things" window that automatically popped up and selected any option would automatically crash... I tried the online tutorial to click XX, then click XX, and finally, it still crashed. Do you want me to uninstall Office and install it again? no no no~

Run "%systemroot%\PolicyDefinitions\" with win+r to automatically open the "PolicyDefinitions" directory, and then paste all the files in the "admx" directory extracted in step 1 into this directory;
-
Run "gpedit.msc" with win+r, open the "Local Group Policy Editor", expand "User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Microsoft Office 2016 - Privacy - Trust Center", double-click the setting item "Disable the Voluntary Join Wizard on First Run" and set it to "Started", confirm and exit.
